At Vipa Car Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
